Top 5 Personalization Apps on Android in Turkey: Q2 2024

During the second quarter of 2024, the top five personalization apps on the Android platform in Turkey exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

ThemeKit - Themes & Widgets saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting at 49K in early April and reaching around 27K by the end of June. Weekly revenue for the app remained modest, peaking at $44 in early May. Active users showed a slight increase over the quarter, starting from 167K and ending at around 189K.

Keyboard Font & Keyboard Theme experienced a significant spike in weekly downloads, particularly in early May when it reached 71K. However, the downloads tapered off to around 15K by the end of the quarter. The app's active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 120K in late May before stabilizing at around 92K in June.

Yandex Browser with Protect had a varied performance in weekly downloads, with a notable high of 95K in early April and a low of around 8K by the end of the same month. Active users for the browser remained robust throughout the quarter, peaking at approximately 1.28M in mid-April and maintaining around 1.12M by the end of June.

Charging Fun Battery Animation showed a significant initial surge in weekly downloads, hitting 94K in mid-April before declining steadily to about 6.4K by the end of June. Weekly revenue for the app peaked at $355 in early April but then saw a general decline. Active users also decreased from around 120K in early April to about 26K by the end of June.

Zedge™ Wallpapers & Ringtones maintained a steady download rate, with weekly figures fluctuating between 17K and 25K. The app's weekly revenue showed an upward trend, peaking at $420 in mid-June. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 262K and ending the quarter with approximately 257K.
